Stage 03 — The WATT Framework™

Training

Insight becomes discipline.

Training — insight becomes discipline THE STANDARD IT HOLDS
The problem it solves

This is the stage most leadership programmes skip, and it is the reason most leadership programmes do not survive contact with a difficult quarter. Insight is not a behaviour change. Repetition is.

A leader can leave a workshop genuinely changed and be indistinguishable from their old self within six weeks. Not because the insight was wrong, but because nothing was built to carry it. Understanding decays under load; practised habit does not.

So stage three is deliberately unglamorous. We install specific rituals — how a week is planned, how a one-to-one runs, how a decision gets made when the information is incomplete — and we rehearse them against real business conditions rather than hypotheticals, until they hold without conscious effort.

What we work on
  • 01

    Operating rituals

The concrete weekly and daily practices that hold a leader's standards in place when the calendar gets hostile.

  • 02

    Rehearsal under load

Practising the hard conversations and high-stakes decisions before they arrive, not during.

  • 03

    Accountability structures

Making the new behaviour visible and measurable, so drift is caught in weeks rather than quarters.

What changes

After stage 03

  • Behaviour that holds through a bad quarter, not just a good one
  • Standards that survive the leader's absence
  • Measurable consistency instead of post-workshop enthusiasm
