I was born into circumstances that gave me every reason to fail — including entering the world with drugs in my system and nearly losing my life at birth. Yet those circumstances became the foundation of my life's mission: proving that our beginnings never have to define our destiny. They shaped my belief that every person has the capacity to transform their life through purpose, discipline, and intentional growth.
Today, I serve as the Chief Executive Officer of WATT Global LLC, a leadership development and consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals, leaders, and organizations unlock their full potential. Through the WATT Framework — Wisdom, Awareness, Training, and Transformation — I help organizations strengthen leadership, improve culture, elevate customer experience, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable business results.
For more than 14 years at Amtrak, I have served in frontline operations and enterprise learning, progressing from frontline roles into leadership development. Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered enterprise training programs, developed leaders, supported organizational transformation, and helped improve workforce performance and the customer experience. My experience enables me to bridge the gap between frontline employees and executive leadership, creating alignment that builds trust, drives engagement, and delivers operational excellence.
I am also the author of WATT: Find Your Spark!, where I share the principles behind the WATT Framework and the belief that leadership begins with personal transformation. Whether coaching executives, facilitating leadership development, speaking to organizations, or designing enterprise learning strategies, my purpose remains the same: to help people discover what they are capable of becoming.
