What this site is
This site describes WATT Global's leadership development, executive coaching and strategy consulting services. It is informational. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to contract, and submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to anything.
Professional engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, that agreement takes precedence.

Content on this site — including descriptions of the WATT Framework™, articles, and material drawn from the book — is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, psychological or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Do not act on it as though it were.
No guarantee of results
Descriptions of outcomes on this site reflect what our engagements are designed to work toward. They are not promises, and they are not predictions about your organization. Results depend on factors outside our control — including the commitment of the people involved and conditions in your business. We do not warrant any specific outcome.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Submit false information, or impersonate any person or organization
- Submit unsolicited advertising or bulk messages through the contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to disrupt it for other users
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content without our written permission
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, the WATT emblem, and the WATT Framework™ and its four-stage structure — is owned by WATT Global or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.
Third-party links
The site links to external sites, including retailers where the book is sold. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATT Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WATT Global against any claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
